 OPPORTUNITY - Being concerned about the safety net population and the lack of access to traditional news outlets and access to the internet, community partners wanted to partner to increase service availability. Out of the box thinking was needed to be able to communicate with constituents that eschew modern communications.

RESULT - Using publicly available voter registration data, a USPS mailpiece was developed to reach out to constituents to educate them about COVID, and reach out to those at risk of elder abuse, domestic violence, abuse, or neglect. Hard copy mailers were delivered to thousands of homes, and community partners reported an increase in inquiries.
