Hi, Iām Robb Layne
I am a hard-working, dynamic, and business-focused executive with experience in the private, nonprofit, and public sectors. I have a proven track record for building and leading coalitions, rebranding associations, and achieving success in the California State Legislature.
I find passion in creativity, and strive to develop innovative solutions to tackle my objectives head-on. I inspire to take on big ideas with lofty goals and create real-world strategies to deliver results.
As a graduate of the University of California, Davis, I have over eight years of experience in the California State Assembly as legislative and committee staff. I left the capitol after being recruited to work at Partnership HealthPlan of California as a member of the executive team. After three years with Partnership, I was asked to join the County Behavioral Health Directors Association of California, where I was instrumental in rebranding the organization, and increasing its exposure and enhancing its reputation at the State Capitol.
Additionally, I have sat on boards including the Sacramento LGBT Community Center and Sacramento Rainbow Chamber of Commerce Foundation. I am an open and proud advocate for foster care and currently sit on the board of the Jewish Federation of the Sacramento Region. I am also a husband and the father to a college freshman.
All that fancy stuff aside, at my core, I am hard-working, and I hustle every day to make things happen. Let me bring that same hustle to you.
