OPPORTUNITY –Partnership HealthPlan of California was in the process of expanding its service area and more than doubling in membership and operations. Under the guidance of the strategic planning committee, they were preparing to lead the way in new and significant ways. The opportunity to share that with members and their service area was an exciting project. They wished to break down huge concepts into smaller goals in ways that the community could easily understand.
RESULT –The final report showcased their membership, local offices, mission, and business structure while we made their 14 bold goals easily understandable through chunking the information with simple, yet effective, infographics.
