OPPORTUNITY–  Through their expansion of regional offices, the addition of hundreds of staff and new regional offices, Partnership sought to better serve each member and provider by connecting to them in new ways.  This provided an opportunity for a fresh approach to their local feel, while celebrating their community-driven care.  

RESULT –Putting their members and staff front and center, this report celebrated Partnership’s commitment to connection to the community.  This connection theme featured regional offices, consumer board representatives, providers, and even a unique mother-daughter feature while staying true to their longstanding local principals.   

This annual report showcases their diversity by data-driven member demographics, staff interviews, fast facts on their operations, and features on operational departments. Well received by their members, the community, and providers, this report sets the tone for a new way to showcase the strengths and range of talents the health plan is offering.
