OPPORTUNITY –On the heels of a successful 2107 conference, the goal was to build on the momentum and create a more substantial political footprint.  They had new opportunities for innovative partnership types and, under the direction of the Executive Director and board, the association wanted to be more provocative and externally focused.  

RESULT –Through robust content and engagement, the event brought elected officials and county staff together in planning forward-facing policies.  Partners such as Lady Gaga’s Born This Way Foundation and Anxy Magazine took notice. They participated in leading panels partnering on legislative next steps.  With hundreds in attendance, thousands more were able to attend virtually through social media.  This event brought in an unprecedented level of sponsorships and online traffic that exceeded over 10,000 views or engagements.
