OPPORTUNITY–Wishing to break away from a previous style of annual report Partnership wanted a new way to communicate their value to the community, showcase the diversity of their members, and promote the good work of the hard-working departments.  

RESULT -This annual Report showcases their diversity by data-driven member demographics, staff interviews, fast facts on their operations, and features on operational departments. Well received by their members, the community, and providers, this report sets the tone for a new way to showcase the strengths and range of talents the health plan is offering.
